Miramar Vietnamese and Boba Restaurant recently opened [500 Lawrence Expressway, Suite A100]. This Vietnamese restaurant is located in the strip mall right next to 24 Hour Fitness near Arques. I ordered the Miramar “Special Pho” [beef broth pho with rice noodles, tri tip and balls of ground steak, served with bean sprouts and basil leaves] and a Jasmin Milk Tea with honey boba. 🍜 Their pho was VERY good. While I normally order chicken pho, this beef pho was a great change. The depth of flavor in the beef bone broth which had been cooked a long time made the dish fantastic on a rainy afternoon. Mirimar only opened two months go, but while I was there, they had several regulars returning to enjoy a Saturday lunch. Jennie and Steve who own and run Miramar are both really nice and pride themselves on their fresh made meals with zero preservatives (no MSG!). 🍜 Besides pho, they have house-made udon noodles, fresh seafood dishes and a good selection of Vietnamese dishes. They have a menu of daily specials, depending on what fresh ingredients are available, and people were enjoying a variety of dishes while I was there. This family run restaurant is open 11am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 11am to 9pm on Friday through Sundy. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available, and ordering is either online for pickup or via their electronic menu and pay system.
