Kathy Bonte is a Mountain View, CA designer, maker, educator and entrepreneur who loves the challenge of turning upcycled materials into fashionable objects. She discovered FabMo about ten years ago and was immediately hooked. What started as a source of affordable materials for her summer camps and after school programs eventually inspired her to start her sustainable accessories business.  

Her work has been featured at several Bay Area artisan and holiday fairs-most recently the Los Altos Rotary's Fine Art in the Park and the DeYoung Museum in San Francisco and is currently on sale at Shady Lane Gallery in Menlo Park, CA, and Present in downtown Los Altos. 

She now serves on FabMo's board and preaches the gospel of creative reuse to whoever will listen.
