The owner/ operator of Belle Noire Accessories is Nicole, a San Francisco native that loves shopping and both local and international travel. She is an HBCU graduate, former educator and current social worker. Nicole worked in the Fashion Industry for over 15 years and was regularly recognized for exemplary customer care and exceeding sales goals.
